Prices
Prices are correct at time of publishing and include VAT where applicable.
It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

Availability
All items are subject to availability.
We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.
Returns
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, send it back to us within 7 days (with the original packaging) and we’ll refund or replace.
We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of malfunctioning of the product.
Return an item within 7 days in perfect condition together with original packaging and we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.
Our returns address will be sent to you once we have received your email.
Liability disclaimer
My BabyZoo Ltd’s total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by My BabyZoo to the customer.
My BabyZoo shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon My BabyZoo by statute.
My BabyZoo cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated in the catalogue.
When you place an order to purchase a product from My BabyZoo, your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a despatch note included when you receive your order.
Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such despatch note do not form part of the contract.

If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site, you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us.
