- Is the product suitable for small children?
- Yes,the products are suitable for small children. Although we advise not to use this product for children below 3 years old
- Is the product tested?
- Yes the product is tested on ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)
- I lost the manual for the Sleeptrainer, can I download a new one?

- What kind of warranty do you offer?
- If your product is not functioning well, not caused by negligence, we will replace your product up to 3 months after purchase date.
Ordering & delivery:
- How do I place an order?
- Add the article you like in the shopping cart by clicking on the ‘Add to cart’. You will then automatically be directed to the checkout page, where you confirm your order. You then fill in your billing & shipping details and as a last step you choose your preferred payment option.
- How can I pay for my order?
- You can pay for your order with creditcard or via your Paypal account.
- Can I cancel or change an order?
- Please send an email within 1 day of purchase to info@mybabyzoo.com.
- How do I know my order has been submitted successfully?
- You will receive an order confirmation via email.
- What is the credit card security code on the payment screen?
- The credit card security code is located on the back of your credit card.
- Can I order from overseas?

- Do I have to pay for delivery?

- How long will I have to wait for my order to arrive?
- Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
- Can I send my parcel to a different address?
- Yes, when filling in your details, you can fill in a seperate delivery address.
- Can I have my items delivered to more than one address in the same order?
- Unfortunately that is not possible. For delivery to more than one address you should make seperate order per address.
- If part of my order is out of stock, do I have to pay an extra delivery charge when it is sent to me?
- If a product is out of stock, you will be notified during the ordering process. This means you cannot order an out of stock item at this moment..
- Is my credit card information safe with you?
- Yes, all our transactions are handled by Paypal. We never see your credit card number, nor do we store your credit card information. Paypal is extremely safe, highly rated and used by more people than any other online payment system.
Returns & Exchanges
- What is your returns policy?
- If you do not like our product for any reason, you can send an email to info@mybabyzoo.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you the money. Depending on your location we will then advise you where to return the product. Shipping costs of returns are paid by the customer. The product needs to returned in excellent condition with its original packaging.
- Do I have to pay for returns?
- Yes, in case you do not like our product, although it is functioning properly, you can return the product to us within 7 days. Delivery costs are to be paid by the customer.
- How do exchanges work?
- You send an email to info@mybabyzoo.com stating you would like to return your product. Depending on your location we will send you a return address. Once we have received the product, we will refund you the money within 14 days.
- How long will it take for a return to show on my account?
- We will refund the money within 14 days of receival of the product.
